Lets start here - if you don’t exactly know what you need - that’s completely normal. You’re not broken, and you don’t need a full-blown crisis to reach out.
Many of us are used to holding everything together ourselves—being the ‘fixer,’ the one who keeps it all running. And sometimes, that makes asking for help feel… weird. Maybe even a little scary.
The truth is, not knowing exactly what you need is really common. You don’t have to have it all figured out to get support. You don’t have to have a dramatic “aha” moment. Just starting the conversation is already a step toward feeling a bit lighter, a bit steadier, and a bit more seen.

How therapy can help you
We start by understanding where you are — what’s keeping you stuck and what you want to change.
Together, we create a plan using brain-based exercises, practical tools, and emotional insight.
This isn’t a quick fix — it’s steady, meaningful change guided by a qualified, registered therapist.
Sessions are offered online and face to face. Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length.
This approach sits well with adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, or people-pleasing—often those who became strong to survive and are ready to explore new ways of living with a bit more ease (and maybe fewer mental gymnastics).
Sessions are not a crisis service. They’re a space for transformation, healing, and growth, guided by a fully qualified and registered therapist who brings both professional expertise and lived experience of what it feels like to sit in the 'couch'.

I am a fully qualified, licensed psychotherapist with extensive training in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood-related difficulties, trauma recovery, and low self-esteem. I bring both skill and experience to this work, and many of my clients go on to experience meaningful change, increased resilience, and a renewed sense of self.
I offer a free initial consultation to help us explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. If you decide to move forward, with therapy, One off sessions are £100. Payment options are available to spread the cost if a block of sessions is booked (Klarna).
Some clients work with me for just a few sessions, while others engage in longer-term therapy—it really depends on your goals and the nature of the challenges you're facing. After our initial consultation, we can discuss what might be most helpful for you and begin to clarify the right path forward.
Yes. I am registered with a number of the UK's largest insurance companies such as AXA, BUPA and Aviva. Please contact me if you wish to use your private health care insurance for sessions.
